This week, in preparation for our expanding team, we’re moving into our new studio at The Australian Centre for Social Innovation. We’ve found ourselves some choice second-hand furniture from the cavernous basement of the TACSI building. All we have to do now is fill the space with some new colleagues.
Building local capacity to innovate is a key principle of what we’re trying to do here in Adelaide. We’ll be recruiting a full time secondee from social services to work with the two of us as the third leader on the Radically Redesigning Social Services project. They’ll be responsible for building an alliance between services, local communities and community organisations to take the solutions we prototype to scale.
The fourth team member will be our chief producer. A doer, with a design background who will help us to co-design, prototype, and scale new approaches. The position is a paid internship based in Adelaide South Australia over the next nine months. Interested? Know someone that might be?
