Today, we published our first family project paper with The Australian Centre for Social Innovation. The paper marks the end of the ‘Look’ phase (where we used ethnographic methods to define family thriving) and the beginning of the ‘Create’ phase (where we will use co-design methods to build on our early ideas about how to enable family thriving). The walls of our studio are already filled with hot pink post-it notes scribbled with thoughts on family leadership and family culture. Most intriguing (and under-developed!) idea of the day? A Family Table Service that uses ‘family built’ tables as a launch point for shaping new kinds of interactions and routines.
