Developing a curriculum, building a team of 7, and running two new projects have been keeping us busy lately. So busy we’ve failed to share what we’re doing or learning. Our New Year’s resolution is to fix that. Chris got a head start today by updating the TACSI website. It looks groovy!
We’re continuing to work in, with, and for The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI) as the Co-Leads of the Radical Redesign Team where we’re training teams, inside and outside the public sector, to use the Working Backwards Approach and applying the approach to two social challenges: (1) improving the lives of carers and the people they care for and (2) improving learning outcomes for children starting school.
